Course Overview
This course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of VOIP fundamentals, Understanding of VOIP technology, UC and Contact Center systems
It covers introduction to CMS system, Administration and Maintenance and the most important aspects of understanding Configuration of Customer Data Block/ Configuration Record, Configuration of Route /Trunk/Loop/ Other phone parameters, troubleshooting and Reports, Queuing and Telephone set Features, Discuss Call Flow, call setup, maintenance and release operations.
The course covers both Avaya and Cisco products .
This course also provides On Site Lab demonstration of all products, demonstration of key features, troubleshooting on L1 tickets and Troubleshooting of devices on data and voice. The course ends with 4 weeks On Job Training will help participants to understand realtime work environment and how to work in a team environment.
Who Should Attend?
BE (Electronics, E&C, EXTC, IT, Comp Sci, Computers, Electrical) with 60% marks in 10th and 12th and First class in BE.
